How to rearrange pages in a PDF: Open the Organize Pages tool from the top menu or the right pane (Tools Organize Pages) Select one or more page thumbnails (page numbers are underneath). Use Shift to select a page range. Do one of the following: Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want. Save your file.
If you have a document that has pages out of order, Acrobat makes reordering simple. Open the PDF document and select Tools Organize Pages Reorder. All the pages are shown as thumbnail images with page numbers below. Drag and drop each page to the correct location.
If you want to delete a page, simply click on the trash icon. It will then be marked. To undo, simply click on the trash icon again. To rearrange the pages, simply drag and drop the pages where you want them.
In the Pages pane, hold down CTRL and click to select one or more pages. Right-click the selection and choose Delete Pages In the Delete Pages dialog, select the pages to extract.

Press the Pages button to open the thumbnail preview of the pages. Click and hold the page you want to move and drag it to its new location. Release it when you are ready to drop the page into place. Repeat this process until you sort all PDF pages in the desired order.
