hey guys we got here welcome to another blog tech tips and of course guys todays tutorial Ill be showing you how to fix a issue on any Samsung Galaxy device where youre up in the issue with your gallery where as soon as you try to look at a photo inside of your gallery it shows us a preview but as soon as you click on it it shows a weird exclamation mark and that exclamation is within a circle and of course the pictures do not show it can happen to random pictures most of the time you might find one or two pictures or a bunch of pictures are a bunch of pictures but basically show the what I call a corrupted sign which is an exclamation with a grey or almost white background Ill show you what the error looks like so the error looks just like this and as you can see here this is a screen grab that I got when I had the issue so each picture you go on youll see a preview in the overall yard but as soon as you go on it you see this gray background with this white exclamation on circle

How do I get them back? in order to keep your photos non blurry and to get rid of the exclamation mark you have to go into settings and click icloud. Once you click it there will be a series of options you can choose, click Photos.
If you open the image and see the exclamation mark, select Photos from the menu bar and click on the dropdown that says Revert to original.
Try rebuilding the Photos library: Quit Photos. Hold down the Command and Option keys while launching Photos. When prompted, click Repair.
