The problem here is that these suggestions can come from several different places. Im going to show you how to clear up one of them, and tell you about the other two. First, the most common culprit? Warning: Items removed from your Recoverable items are permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Under Folders, select Deleted Items. At the top of the message list, select Recover items deleted from this folder. Select Empty folder.
