To do this you need to go to Tools Internet Options. Click OK to delete cookies. Next click on Delete Files and click OK to delete temporary files. You can also delete your history of visited Web sites, which are Web sites that you have visited that show up in your drop down address bar.
Most programs will create temp files in a folder called C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp thats likely where your computer stores most of your temporary files. Its safe to empty out the Temp folder and delete the temp files you find there.
Open Internet Explorer. Click on the Tools (Via the Gear Icon), chose Safety and then chose Delete browsing history. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
Go to the Start menu, select Control Panel, Network and Internet, Internet Options, Delete browsing history and cookies, click Delete under Browsing History. You can also select Delete browsing history on exit, which will delete temporary files each time you close your browser.
To delete temporary files: In the search box on the taskbar, type disk cleanup, and select Disk Cleanup from the list of results. Select the drive you want to clean up, and then select OK. Under Files to delete, select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it. Select OK.
Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button , and then select Manage add-ons. Under Show, select All add-on and then select the add-on you want to delete. If the add-on can be deleted, youll see the Remove option. Select Remove and then Close.
In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, point to Safety, and then select Delete browsing history. Choose the types of data or files you want to remove from your PC, and then select Delete.
To disable third-party browser extensions: From the Tools menu, select Internet Options. Click the Advanced tab. Under Browsing, uncheck Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart). Restart your computer.
