To deactivate a currency, click Deactivate next to the currency. You cant deactivate the corporate currency. Deactivating a currency does not alter amounts in items that use that currency. However, you can no longer enter new amounts using the inactive currency.
Steps to update the displayed currency within Salesforce Classic: Open a report for which you want to change the currency from default currency. Click Customize. Click Show. Click Currencies Using. Select Currency from dropdown in which you want to display on report from default currencies. Click Run Report.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter and then select Manage Currencies. For the best price book experience, deselect Parenthetical Currency Conversion. In the Active Currencies section, click New. Set the currency type and conversion rate.
Open the contract workspace and navigate to the Documents. Click the name of the contract terms link and choose Delete.
To delete an activated Contract, Users need the Delete Activated Contracts profile permission and Read permissions on the Accounts object (more about Deleting Contracts). To delete a Contract, click Del next to the Contract on the Contracts list page.
You can also enable Parenthetical Currency Conversion which displays converted currency amounts to users whose personal currency is different from the record currency. Note: Multiple Currencies in Salesforce once enabled cannot be turned off.
