To sign a PDF document with a certificate-based digital signature in docHub, you need to obtain a digital ID containing your information. In docHub, digital IDs are used to sign documents. To create a digital ID, click on the edit menu, choose preferences, select signatures, click on more for identities and trusted certificates, choose digital IDs, and click on add ID. If you already have a digital ID file, you can add it by selecting the option. Enter your name, department, organization name, and email to create a new digital ID.
