Splitting a string in Python is pretty simple. You can achieve this using Python's built-in "split()" function. The split() method in Python separates each word in a string using a comma, turning it into a list of words.
To use this feature, open the large text file in Notepad++ and click on the Plugins menu. Select the Split option and a new dialog box will open. In the Split dialog box, select the number of lines you want in each file and click on the Ok button.
The splitText() method breaks the Text node into two nodes at the specified offset index, keeping both nodes in the tree as siblings. After Splitting the text, the main node contains all the content up to the specified offset index point, and a newly created node of the same type contains the remaining text.
You can use the LEFT, MID, RIGHT, SEARCH, and LEN text functions to manipulate strings of text in your data. For example, you can distribute the first, middle, and last names from a single cell into three separate columns.

split() to separate “columns” Since our data is in a . csv file, we can use the split command to separate each line of the file into a list. This can be useful if we want to access specific columns of the file.
We can use a for loop to iterate through the contents of the data file after opening it with Python's 'with' statement. After reading the data, the split() method is used to split the text into words. The split() method by default separates text using whitespace.
