Printing a document for proofreading can be tedious. Instead, use Word's Track Changes and Comments features to easily make and review edits electronically. Turn on Track Changes under the Review tab to see all changes as "markup" in the document. Deleted text is crossed out, while added text is underlined. Comments can be added in the margins by selecting text and using the New Comment command. This allows for easy collaboration and revision before finalizing the document.
