[Music] hi and welcome to this BCP web tutorial in todays tutorial im going to give you my top 5 shortcuts to save you time when using an OpenOffice calc so I would have got calc open here and the first shortcut that I want to show you is the autofill function that I use quite often so lets say in this column I type in month in here or type in day and here Ill just type in number and here Ill type in Jan for January or type in Monday and the number 1 here lets say if you want to fill in all the days order order months in a year you can simply click on this little black icon in the bottom right hand corner little black square and you can drag down and youll get all of the months and do the same with days and you can also series for numbers is what we call this series filling so thats my first tip the second tip is sometimes in between columns you want to add or in between these rows of day you want to insert more rows so I used to right click and insert row and its just say I w
