hello friends welcome to this video in this video im going to show you how to remove a page break from microsoft word so let us start a word document this is my word document and here i have page breaks let us understand what is a page break there are two kinds of page break first one is automatic page break so when the content of the document flows out of the current page then microsoft word starts a new page by inserting automatic page as you can see here this content is on a new page and here we have a automatic page break however for some reasons it is sometimes useful to insert a manual page break so here as you can see there is no content here because there is a manual page break that i have inserted here so whatever content i type afterwards it will automatically come in a new page so let us say you want to remove a manual page break from a word document so there are two methods the first method is you go to the home tab and in the paragraph menu click on this paragraph symbol

Deleting a manual page break To delete a break: If necessary, click the Home tab and then click Show/Hide . Double-click the break to select it or drag over it. Press Backspace or Delete to delete the break.
Delete a page break Select the worksheet that you want to modify. On the View tab, in the Workbook Views group, click Page Break Preview. You can also click Page Break Preview. Do one of the following: On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Breaks. Click Remove Page Break.
Solid blue lines represent manually inserted or adjusted page breaks. You can drag any of those lines to adjust the page breaks. If you move a page break to put less on a page, the other automatic page breaks will simply shift an equal distance (manual page breaks will not be changed).
Excel will display blue lines that link the cells that you are analyzing to the dependent cells. In our case, C5 is the active cell, and D5, E5, and F5 are the dependent cells. Any changes made to the active cell, C5, will affect all the dependent cells.

If your empty page occurs at the end of your document and you have a section break there, you can place your cursor directly before the section break and press Delete to delete it. That should remove the blank page.
Remove a manual page break Double-click the page break to select it and then press Delete.
Insert a page break Put your cursor where you want one page to end and the next to begin. Go to Insert Page Break.
