okay so go to Google Images and type in light bulb switched on and off then select one of the images that has the light bulb switched on and switched off and right click and copy image and open up a PowerPoint presentation and right-click and paste then go to format and crop and crop out the logo then right-click and format background and add in a patterned background then remove the white background from the image go to format and remove background mark areas to keep and then draw over the areas that you want it to keep this involves some trial and error then select key changes then press ctrl D to duplicate the image and then crop the switched off lightbulb out of one copy of the image and crop the switched on light bulb out of the other copy of the image make sure the switched on light bulb is at the front by selecting bring to front then move the switched on light bulb over the top of the switched off light bulb and make sure they line up then while be switched on at light bulb is
