Printing labels directly from Excel isnt possible. However, using a mail merge to print labels is a pretty straight-forward process. A mail merge requires you to enter address information in a CSV file, using Excel. Then, the CSV file information is transferred to Microsoft Word during the mail merge.
In the worksheet, click the cell that contains the title or data label text that you want to change. Edit the existing contents, or type the new text or value, and then press ENTER. The changes you made automatically appear on the chart.
Select the cell that contains the formula you want to move. Click Home Cut (or press Ctrl + X). Select the cell you want the formula to be in, and then click Paste (or press Ctrl + V).
