You dont. PDF files are not meant to be edited in such a way. You should either edit the original file and then create a new PDF, or export the PDF file to another format (like Word), edit it there and then create a new version.
If you can only preview a PDF, it may be that you cant edit the file because the permission level is set to read-only or view-only. One way around this may be to export your PDF from docHub to another application like Microsoft Word, then resaving the file as a PDF in the Save As function.
Insert a row Place the insertion point in a row below or above where you want the new row to appear. Choose Table Insert Row. Specify the number of rows you want. Specify whether the new row or rows should appear before or after the current row, and then click OK.
You can crop a PDF on Windows for free without having to purchase docHub or a similar paid service. Windows has a built-in tool called the snipping tool that allows you to crop any image on your screen and save it as its own file including PDF documents.
Insert a row Place the insertion point in a row below or above where you want the new row to appear. Choose Table Insert Row. Specify the number of rows you want. Specify whether the new row or rows should appear before or after the current row, and then click OK.
To access this tool, open any PDF in docHub Reader, and from the menu at the top, select Tools, then Select Zoom, then Snapshot Tool (see screenshot below). The cursor will change to a cross-hair, and you simply drag this over any part of the PDF to take a snapshot of whatever you want to extract.
Open the PDF document with docHub. Click on the File tab in the top-left corner of the window. Choose the Convert to Word, Excel, or PowerPoint option. Click the blue Export to Word button in the new window.
