How to rearrange pages in a PDF: Open the Organize Pages tool from the top menu or the right pane (Tools Organize Pages) Select one or more page thumbnails (page numbers are underneath). Use Shift to select a page range. Do one of the following: Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want. Save your file.
Reorder PDF pages online with your Windows 10 device. Select the page thumbnails you want to reorder. Drag and drop them to the desired order. Save and rename the PDF. Download the reordered file to your Windows 10 device.
Heres how: Open the PDF in Microsoft Edge. Select Edit in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Select the blank fields you want to edit and type in your text. Save the edited PDF by selecting Save in the top toolbar.
