You can easily set files to expire at a set date and time with our document expiry feature. Digify supports many types of files such as: PDF. MS Office documents.
Instructions Open docHub or docHub Reader. Go to Edit Preferences. Click on the Security section on the left, then click More Click Time Stamp Servers New. Enter a name URL for your timestamp server. If the server requires authentication, check the box and enter your credentials.
Stamp PDF Connect to the Internet and open the document in docHub Professional. Click the Tools menu. Select Sign docHub, then select Timestamp from the drop-down menu. Select a timestamp server from the list. Click Next. Click the Save button to save the document.
Select Add Margins and Padding to change or add white spaces. You can define margins to each side of the page Top, Bottom, Left and Right. Once you indicate the preferred margin size (in inches) in every side, a preview of your margin will be shown.
Add date and time fields While you are preparing the form in Acrobat, click the Date field icon in the toolbar, and then click the location in the document where you want to place the field. To specify the time along with date, double-click the Date field to open the Properties window.
We can make clocks and timers in a PDF by combining the date object with a timer. Timers are created in Acrobat JavaScript with the app. setInterval() function. As arguments this function takes the length of the timing interval in milliseconds and some JavaScript code to execute.
Add date and time fields While you are preparing the form in Acrobat, click the Date field icon in the toolbar, and then click the location in the document where you want to place the field. To specify the time along with date, double-click the Date field to open the Properties window.
Click the Auto-Flip box, and type in the number of seconds you want each page to be on screen (for Pecha Kucha, type in 20). Click OK. The Transitions window will close, click Save in the Create New Action window. Your action is now saved on your computer.
