hey everyone welcome back to the channel today i will be making a diploma for school graduation stay tuned [Music] after creating a new document in microsoft word go to layout tab select letter or a4 for the paper size select landscape for the orientation the usual diploma is in landscape mode set margins to zero to avoid adjusting it afterwards it is now time to create the header the usual header is the name of the school you can either insert a text box or directly type the contents you can choose any font types depending on what the school requires make the fonts bold and larger and adjust the position of the header as shown copy the text box and insert the contents as shown the font size will be much smaller than the header [Music] next copy and insert the text box for the name of the student the font size for this will be larger than the second text box but smaller than the header insert the fourth text box which is the degree of the font size will be the same as the second text
