okay what were going to do now is look at a table where it is in the wrong format but we want to make it a format thats suitable for a publishable paper so I think step one we want to get rid of the spacing that is above and below all of the different cells so one way of doing this is first to go up to here and its of course you click on one that doesnt necessarily give you more less spacing okay but what you need to do is get line spacing options and you click on 0 and 0 here and then you set the line space to exactly now this is 11 point font so you put on 11 and then okay then suddenly youve got a closer spaced outline now you can go back and then change it to one point one point five or down to one and then theyll take a picture originally what so maybe it was too tight so we try that again we go we want to put that on zero before zero zero after then a line spacing and make it exactly lets make it twelve point and then thats much closer to what we want so a special table
