How to add page numbers to a PDF online Click the Select a file button above or drag and drop a PDF into the drop zone. Select the PDF document to which you want to add page numbers. After Acrobat uploads the PDF file, sign in. Select where you want the numbers to appear on your PDF pages and the desired page range.
Create a round custom stamp Create a round custom stamp. Select template by clicking Templates or click on the New Stamp button. Select the round stamp then set the stamp size, for example, 38mm. Edit the outer ring, changing the size and thickness if you need. Add the Circle element if you need.
Follow these steps to add Bates Stamping to your document. Open the document in docHub Pro. Click Tools in the ribbon. Select Edit PDF. Select More. Choose Bates Numbering Add. Youll have the option to customise your numbering, choosing how your stamping is displayed. OK, your selection once youre happy.
In Acrobat, select All tools View more Add a stamp Stamps pallette. Select Import, and then Browse and select the file. If the file has more than one page, scroll to the page you want, and then select OK. Choose a category from the menu or type a new category name, name the custom stamp, and then select OK.
Heres how to do it: Open your document in Google Docs. Select Insert from the top menu bar. Click Image Upload from computer. Import the picture of the future PDF stamp. Resize and position your stamp as desired, then save your PDF with the newly added image.
How to Create a PDF Stamp from Scratch with docHub Open the PDF in docHub. Press Tools. Click Stamp. Press Custom stamps. Press Create. Click Browse. Select image to turn into stamp. Name your new stamp, then click OK.

To stamp all pages in a document at once, place your stamp on one page, then choose Edit Selection Duplicate to All Pages. Similarly, you can copy the stamp to only the next page by choosing Edit Selection Duplicate to Next Page.
