In this video tutorial, the presenter demonstrates how to sign a document in docHub and also explains how to stamp a document. They open a document called United Railways in docHub and show how to assign the document by going to the tools section, selecting fill in sign, and adding a signature. The options for adding a signature include typing it out, adding an image, or drawing it. After drawing their signature, they click on apply to finalize the process.

Steps to add a signature block to a PDF. Open the PDF with docHub. Select Tools at the top left of the screen. In the Forms Signature sections, choose Prepare Form. Select Start. Choose the Add a Signature block icon from the tools ribbon. Move your cursor to where you want to place the block and click.

Create a custom stamp Open a PDF file and select the Annotate tab. Select the Stamp tool. Click the Custom tab on the sidebar on the right. Add stamps using + icon at the top.
Select the stamp you want to copy from the stamp library. Click on the Copy button located next to the stamp you selected. Move your cursor to the area where you want to apply the copied stamp. Click on the document to place the copied stamp.
To add your initials: From the left panel, select your initial, move over to the field where you want to add it, and then click to place the signature. Else, from the Quick actions toolbar, select and then select your initial. Your initials appear in the field.
To stamp all pages in a document at once, place your stamp on one page, then choose Edit Selection Duplicate to All Pages. Similarly, you can copy the stamp to only the next page by choosing Edit Selection Duplicate to Next Page.
How to Create a Fillable Stamp in docHub Run the Acrobat app, Click on Tools, and select the Stamps option. Once the stamp window is displayed, click on the Custom Stamps button and select Create, as shown in the screenshot below.
