You can also add new text, images, and shapes to the PDF by selecting Add notes in the top toolbar. This is perfect for highlighting important information or making annotations on a document. Printing a PDF from Microsoft Edge is just as easy as opening and editing one.
Open your PDF document in Microsoft Edge. Click on the Edit button at the top right corner of the screen. Select the Insert Symbols option from the dropdown menu. A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen with a list of available symbols and special characters.
Microsoft Edge comes with a built-in PDF reader that lets you open your local pdf files, online pdf files, or pdf files embedded in web pages. You can annotate these files with ink and highlighting. This PDF reader gives users a single application to meet web page and PDF document needs.
Right-click your PDF file and select Open with Microsoft Edge. Step 2. Once opened your file with Microsoft Edge, click the Draw icon in the toolbar. Then select the line color and thickness from the Draw dropdown menu.

To use Web Notes, open the Edge browser and navigate to the web page you want to annotate. Select the Make a Web Note icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. A new toolbar appears at the top of the page. Select the Pen tool to draw on the selected web page.
