Follow the steps below to add a signature block to PDF documents: Open the PDF with docHub. Select Tools at the top left of the screen. In the Forms Signature sections, choose Prepare Form. Select Start. Choose the Add a Signature block icon from the tools ribbon.
Select the PDF document you want to fill in and sign. After Acrobat uploads the file, use the editing tools to fill out the form. Select a signing option, then drag your signature or initials to the desired location. Select Sign in to download to download or share your completed form.
Use Save As option: Some PDF editors have the option to save a copy of the signed PDF with a new name and make changes to the copy. This way the original signed PDF will remain unchanged. Print and Scan: You can print the signed PDF, make the changes on the paper and then scan it back to a PDF format.
How to Create a Signature Stamp in Acrobat Capture an image of your signature. You can do this by: Find or move the image to your computer. Use Slide Deck software to stage signature image. Screencapture the image. Open PDF Software (Acrobat) Select Comment Select Create Custom Stamp Select the Image to be used.
In Acrobat, select the hamburger menu (Windows) or Acrobat menu (macOS) and then choose Preferences Signatures. In Identities Trusted Certificates, select More. Select Digital IDs on the left, then select the digital ID you want to use as the default.
Create a new signature To create your new signature, mouse over your name in the upper-right corner of the window. Click the Create button. The signature panel is exposed, allowing you to enter your signature. When you have a signature you like, click Apply. Follow the same process to save your initials.
Select Add Margins and Padding to change or add white spaces. You can define margins to each side of the page Top, Bottom, Left and Right. Once you indicate the preferred margin size (in inches) in every side, a preview of your margin will be shown.

Click and drag a signature box to the desired size and position with your mouse; the Signature Capture window will appear. When you are finished signing, click Accept, and the signature will be embedded into the PDF.
