As mentioned, radio buttons come in groups. Use the required name attribute to group together a set of related radio buttons. In the above example, all s share the same value for name, so they are treated as part of the same group.

To create a new group of Radio Buttons click on the small down arrow to the right of the Radio Button on the toolbar and then select New. If you need to go back to a previous group click on the small arrow to the right of the Radio Button and select the group you wish to create more Radio buttons for.
Radio buttons are normally presented in radio groups (a collection of radio buttons describing a set of related options). Only one radio button in a group can be selected at the same time. Note: The radio group must share the same name (the value of the name attribute) to be treated as a group.
A radio group is defined by giving each of radio buttons in the group the same name . Once a radio group is established, selecting any radio button in that group automatically deselects any currently-selected radio button in the same group.
Once the file is open, navigate to the Form tab in the top menu bar. From there, you will find various options to fill out PDF forms. Click on the checkbox icon, then drag it to where you want to add it.
You have to define a variable for the radio button group. For each seperate radiobutton, you have to define a value. That value can come from a static entity, or any value you want. When the user clicks on 1 of the radio buttons, the variable is filled with the value defined on that radiobutton.
Example to group Multiple Open/Radio Buttons in Excel Go to the excel sheet and draw a rectangular group box, as shown below: Similarly, draw one more group box. After that go to the Developer tab Insert choose Option Button from form controls. Drag and drop four option buttons to the above-created group box.
