Under Insert controls, click Option Button. In the Insert Option Buttons dialog box, enter the number of buttons that you want to insert, and then click OK.
Click the Design Mode button, which will display a list of available features. Click the Lagacy Tools button, which will display a list of forms tools. Click the Radio Button icon, which will insert a radio button into the Word document.
Example to group Multiple Open/Radio Buttons in Excel Go to the excel sheet and draw a rectangular group box, as shown below: Similarly, draw one more group box. After that go to the Developer tab Insert choose Option Button from form controls. Drag and drop four option buttons to the above-created group box.
Add a group box (Form control) Make sure the Developer tab is available. On the Developer tab, click Insert, and then under Form Controls, click Group box . Click the worksheet location where you want the upper-left corner of the group box to appear. Place related controls inside the boundary of the Group box.
A radio group is a set of checkable buttons, known as radio buttons, where no more than one of the buttons can be checked at a time.
Checkboxes and radio buttons are elements for making selections. Checkboxes allow the user to choose items from a fixed number of alternatives, while radio buttons allow the user to choose exactly one item from a list of several predefined alternatives.
Group controls Select the controls that you want to group. For more information, see Select or deselect controls on a worksheet. Right-click the selection, point to Grouping, and then click Group.
How to Insert a Radio Button in Excel? First, right-click anywhere on the ribbon. Choose Customize the Ribbon in Excel from the list. The Developer tab is now visible. To insert the radio button in Excel, we will choose the Insert option in the Form Controls group on the Developer tab.
