If youve ever wanted to create a PDF form before, you probably found that you have to get docHub and it works pretty well, but it does also carry a hefty price tag of $15 per month. Today Im going to show you some free software that will allow you to create fillable forms. All right, well, lets jump on the computer and lets get started. To create a PDF form, were going to use an application called LibreOffice. You can get this at the website libraryoffice.org. Ive also included a link in the description of this video. You can just click on that and thatll bring you to this website. LibreOffice is kind of like Microsoft Office. It has a similar set of applications. How to add hyperlinks in a PDF. Choose Tools Edit PDF Link Add or Edit. Drag a rectangle where you want to create a link. In the Create Link dialog box that appears, choose your link appearance. Select the destination for your hyperlink.

Tips for creating a mobile-friendly PDF. Use bold text and 30 pt. font for headlines. Use 26 pt. font for paragraph text. Opt for single columns of text where possible. Apply . 25 margins all around to give yourself room to work. Keep document files small in size for quicker load times.
Highlight the text that you want to hyperlink. Right click on the highlighted text and choose Create Link. Decorate the links appearance and choose Open A Web Page, then click Next. Type tel:1234567890 The 1 through 0 will be the phone number that you want to hyperlink.
Heres how: Open Acrobat, click on the Tools tab, and select Prepare Form. Select or scan a document, and Acrobat will automatically analyze your file and add form fields. Review areas highlighted in blue to be sure the fillable fields are in the correct locations. When youre done, click Close Forms Editing.
Create a fillable PDF from an existing PDF document. Click the Tools tab and select Prepare Form. Select a file, like a Word document, Excel sheet, or scan of a paper document. Add new form fields and field names, if needed. Use the top toolbar and adjust the layout with the tools in the right pane.
