If you dont have access to a PDF tool, you can download your workbook as a PDF directly from Excel. Open the File menu in the top left corner. Click Export. In the panel that appears, click Create PDF/XPS Document.
Here are the steps to follow: Open your Excel workbook. Click on File in the top-left corner of the screen. Select Save As. Choose PDF (*. Click on the Options button. In the Publish Options section, select Minimum size (publishing online). Click on OK. Choose a location to save the PDF file.
Go to File menu Export Create PDF/XPS. In Microsoft Office Excel, click on the File menu, select Export, and then Create PDF /XPS. In the Publish window, you can customize which part of the sheet you want to save as a PDF by clicking the Options button.
