Turn off Autofill in Firefox On your computer, open Firefox. Access the Menu (indicated by 3 vertical lines) and choose Preferences. Select the Privacy Security in the sub-menu. In the Forms Passwords section, remove the check mark next to Autofill addresses to turn it off.
In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and then select Preferences or Settings, depending on your macOS version. Click the menu button. and select Settings.
Tip: Heres another way to open the Customize Firefox tab: Right-clickHold down the control key while you click on a blank spot in the tab bar or toolbar and choose Customize Toolbar from the context menu.
Turn address autofill on or off Tap the menu button. Tap Settings. Tap Autofill. Switch the toggle next to Save and autofill addresses to the right to turn it on, or toggle it to the left to turn it off.
Open Firefox. Click on the row of bars on the upper right corner of the browser to bring up the menu. Now, you will see Firefoxs Options menu.
Turn Autocomplete on or off Tap Settings. Go to Search. Tap URL Autocomplete. For Top sites: autocompletes popular sites around the Web.
Select Search on the left and go down to the Address Bar Firefox Suggest section. To enable or disable any setting, click its checkbox or toggle switch.
Check Firefox settings Select the Privacy Security panel and go to the History section. In the drop-down menu next to Firefox will choose Use custom settings for history. Make sure that Remember search and form history is selected. Enabling form autocomplete also makes Firefox store search history for the Search bar.
