To combine multiple PDFs into one PDF on your Mac, locate the PDFs you want to combine and open them all. Select the PDF and go to Edit, then Select All. To combine them, go to File, then Print. In the Print menu, select the option for PDF, then Save as PDF. A new toolbar will open, where you can choose to save it as one file. Select where you want to save it, add any info if desired, then click Save. The process will combine all pages into one new PDF.

Open Add Printer and type PDF in the search bar on the top-right screen corner. From the list of printers, select docHub PDF. From the drop-down menu of the installed drivers, select docHub PDF. Download docHub Print Driver Plug-in download for mac if docHub print driver doesnt appear in the drop-down menu.
You can select and copy text from a PDF opened in Preview, then paste it into another document such as an email message or text document. In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF you want to copy from. Do any of the following: Copy text: Choose Tools Text Selection, drag over the text, then choose Edit Copy.
Save a document as a PDF on Mac On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF. Choose a name and location for the PDF file. To protect your document with a password, click Security Options.
To make a PDF searchable using docHub, you can follow these steps: Open docHub on your computer. Click Open. Find and select the document you want to make searchable, then click Open. Head to Tools and select Recognize Text. Press PDF Output Style Searchable Image. Select OK.
In the Preview app on your Mac, go to the PDF page you want to change. Check the following: The Text Selection tool may not be selected: Choose Tools Text Selection, or click the Show Markup Toolbar button , then click the Text Selection button .
