hey guys hows it going its jewel tolentino here alright so in this video Im gonna show you guys how to make a fillable form in docHub [Music] alright so Im here in docHub it sounds like a superhero character and Ive got a example of a form that was created and is now a PDF and you want to make it fillable so after youve loaded it up here in docHub you wanna head over to either more tools if you dont see prepare form so Ill just click on it just to show you guys just in case you dont see anything like prepare form so you click on more tools and then youre gonna see like all this other stuff and then click on prepare form and then its gonna say which one so this is the one its the one that I have loaded up so Im going to click start and whats cool is docHub Pro has this option where it can detect places that are fillable and if it can detect it its going to create a fillable box for it already rather than you having to do it manual

To extract fillable fields in a PDF, select a completed document as a template and click Extract in Bulk on the right pane. Define the fields with data you would like to extract. Click Add New Data Field in the upper right corner and draw a rectangle around the data youd like to extract.
Create a fillable PDF from an existing PDF document. Click the Tools tab and select Prepare Form. Select a file, like a Word document, Excel sheet, or scan of a paper document. Add new form fields and field names, if needed. Use the top toolbar and adjust the layout with the tools in the right pane.
In the Tools menu, select the Extract Fillable Fields option. will automatically analyze the document and extract all the fillable fields. This may take a few seconds depending on the complexity of the document. Once the extraction is complete, you will see a list of all the extracted fillable fields.
Go to the Admin area. Click Field Management. Click Export Field Names to download the spreadsheet.
Heres how: Open Acrobat, click on the Tools tab, and select Prepare Form. Select or scan a document, and Acrobat will automatically analyze your file and add form fields. Review areas highlighted in blue to be sure the fillable fields are in the correct locations. When youre done, click Close Forms Editing.
Place the field at your desired location. Double-click the field to open the properties of the field. In the Name box, type the field name and specify if you want the field to be required.
(To view this name, click the Additional tab of the Field Properties dialog box. The Field name drop-down list in the Linked Acrobat fillable field group shows the name.)
