Add pages to the Reading List Click on Show the Reading List button on the Address Bar or Status Bar and then on Add Current Page in the popup. Open the Reading List Panel and click Add Current Page. Type Add Page to Reading List in Quick Commands. Create a Keyboard Shortcut or a Mouse Gesture for the action.
To export your notes: Go to the Vivaldi menu File Export Export Notes. Select the destination folder.
The easiest way to export the chrome reading list is to use takeout.google.com and to export the Chrome details.

Reading List allows you to add web pages to a list to keep for later. It prevents endless tabs from accumulating on your Tab Bar and Bookmarks being filled with entries you only need once.
Using Vivaldis Print to PDF Feature To use the print to PDF feature, open the web page you want to save and press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac). From the print dialog box, select Save as PDF as the printer and click Print. Choose a location to save your PDF file and click Save.
To sync your reading list: Go to Settings Sync. Log in to your Vivaldi account. Sync either all data or make sure Reading List is enabled, when syncing only selected data.
The easiest way to create lists in PDF content is to format them properly using list markup in the authoring tool, for example, Microsoft Word or OpenOffice.org Writer. However, if you do not have access to the source file and authoring tool, you can use Acrobat Pros TouchUp Reading Order tool and the Tags panel.
