In Opera Cloud, a profile includes address, contact details, preferences, and membership information for guests, companies, travel agents, sources, and groups. This video tutorial demonstrates how to create guest profiles. To begin, go to Client Relations, select Profiles, then Manage Profiles. From there, click the link to create a guest profile or select the type of profile from the list. Complete mandatory and optional fields, such as last name and primary phone number. Communication methods can be deleted or added as needed.
