In this tutorial, we learn how to create an editable form in PDF format using docHub InDesign. The form can be created in docHub Photoshop, docHub InDesign, or docHub Illustrator. The final output is a PDF. The form needs to be online and editable for customers to fill and send back. Tick buttons can also be incorporated. To create a checkbox, select the rectangle frame tool, create a rectangular frame, right-click, go to interactive, and convert to checkbox.
