Supported file types for signing Open the PDF form in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, and then choose Tools Request E-signatures. The Request Signatures window is displayed. Click Specify Where to Sign or Next.
See how to sign a PDF. Open the PDF document and select Sign from the top tools bar. Alternatively, from the All tools menu, select Fill Sign. Create your signature and initials if not already done.
Select the Fill Sign option. Select the Pen icon and choose the Create Signature option. You will then use your finger or stylus to create the signature as seen below. When satisfied, click apply.
How to add a signature to a PDF Open the PDF file in docHub Reader. Click on Fill Sign in the Tools panel on the right. Click Sign, and then select Add Signature. A popup will open Type, Draw, and Image. Select one and click Apply. Drag, resize and position the signature inside your PDF file.
Placing Multiple Signatures Open a PDF that contains multiple signature fields. Right click the first signature field to be signed and choose the docHub with Visible Signature option. The docHub Document window will appear. Click Sign. Save the PDF enter the password for your Certificate/USB .
To insert a header or footer into your PDF document: On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Marks group, click the arrow under Header Footer, and select Apply to document. A menu lists all header or footer profiles. Select a profile from the list to apply it to your PDF document.
Create a new signature To create your new signature, mouse over your name in the upper-right corner of the window. Click the Create button. The signature panel is exposed, allowing you to enter your signature. When you have a signature you like, click Apply. Follow the same process to save your initials.
Creating a digital signature is easy Upload your document into the electronic signature application, such as our eSignature application. Drag in the signature, text and date fields where the recipient needs to take action. Click send.
