Importing a Certificate into Mozilla Firefox In Firefox, go to Tools Options. Go to the Advanced tab and the Security sub-tab and click View Certificates. Go to the Authorities tab and click Import. Specify the file that you exported from Internet Explorer.
In Firefox, open the burger menu and click Preferences or Options. From the navigation bar on the left of the screen, open the Privacy and Security settings. Scroll down to the Certificates section and click the View certificates button. In the dialog that opens, go the Authorities tab and click Import.
Adding the self-signed certificate as trusted to a browser Select the Continue to this website (not recommended) link. Click Certificate Error. Select the View certificates link. Select the Details tab, and then click Copy to File to create a local copy of the certificate. Follow the Wizard instructions.
Mozilla Firefox: Select Tools Options Advanced. Select Certificates, then click the View Certificates button. Click Import and select the cacert. When a dialog is displayed, ensure that the following option is checked: Trust this CA to identify websites. Click the OK button.
Navigate to Certificates (Local Computer); choose the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store to import the certificate; right click the store and choose All Tasks Import ; Follow the wizard and provide the certificate file you have.
The steps explained: Close Remote Desktop Manager. Open the web page in Firefox and accept the invalid certificate. Browse to the Firefox profile folder and copy the file certoverride.txt in the Geckcofx folder. Restart RDM and everything is fine now!!!
