Hi Everyone! This is Sharon, and today Im going to show you how to create interactive fillable PDF forms in docHub. Well cover how to create a new PDF form in docHub from scratch, or from a Word document. Then well add PDF fillable form Fields like text boxes, drop-down lists and check boxes. Then were going to cover some more advanced fillable form making techniques in docHub Pro like setting up calculating form fields and using action buttons to reset your form. You can use these same methods on both Mac and PC lets take a look. First lets open docHub. I have a license to use docHub Pro through my Creative Cloud account so I have the acrobat desktop app downloaded to my computer. Click on tools and if you want to create your form from scratch click here on Prepare Form. Select Create New and click Start. The Prepare Form toolbar will appear and you can hover over each icon to see a description. You can start adding

Check out the detailed steps: Step 1: Open your web browser and go to PDFgears online PDF editor. Step 2: Click the Upload PDF files button to upload the PDF form that you want to make fillable. Step 3: Once your PDF is uploaded, select the Add and Edit Form Fields option.
Heres how: Open Acrobat, click on the Tools tab, and select Prepare Form. Select or scan a document, and Acrobat will automatically analyze your file and add form fields. Review areas highlighted in blue to be sure the fillable fields are in the correct locations. When youre done, click Close Forms Editing.
How to make a PDF editable with Acrobat. Navigate to the Edit PDFs tool. Click the Select a file button to upload your PDF. After the file uploads, sign in with your docHub account. Use the toolbar to add text, comments, sticky notes, highlights, and more. Download the edited PDF or get a shareable link.
To create a fillable PDF form, click the Add Fillable Fields tabs on the right and add fillable fields for text, signatures, images or more. When youre done with filling, click the Done button and email, print or save your document.
Make a Fillable PDF Form with Microsoft Word Step 1: Launch Microsoft Word on your computer. Step 2: Start with a blank document or open the document you want to turn into a fillable form. Step 3: To add form elements like text fields, checkboxes, and drop-down lists, go to the Developer tab.
Just follow these steps. To start, log in to your Jotform account and navigate to the Jotform Smart PDF Editor. Next, either upload your desired PDF form or drag and drop it into the Smart PDF Form editor. The Smart PDF editor will then detect all the form fields in your PDF file and convert them into fillable fields.
Within Acrobat, click on the Tools tab and select Prepare Form. Select a file or scan a document. Acrobat analyzes your document and adds form fields automatically. Add new form fields from the top toolbar, and adjust the layout using tools in the right pane.
Open the document in docHub (docHub Reader cannot edit PDFs). Navigate to the Forms menu. Select Run Form Field Recognition and allow the conversion to complete.
