In this video tutorial, Aurelius shows how to create a fillable PDF form using only two free tools. Canva is recommended for designing the form, even though a Canva Pro account is not required. The form should be created in the typical US Letter or A4 document size. The form can include text fields, check boxes, and a dropdown menu for students, customers, or clients to input information directly.
