Select Classic Form to show all questions on one page. Click the Add Form Element button on the left. Under the Widgets tab, search for and select Dynamic Dropdowns.
Step 1: Open the Word document where you want to add the drop-down list. Step 2: Click the Developer tab. If you dont see this tab, go to File Options Customize Ribbon and check the Developer box. Step 3: In the Controls group, click the Drop-Down List Content Control button.
Select the cell in the worksheet where you want the drop-down list. Go to the Data tab on the Ribbon, then select Data Validation. On the Settings tab, in the Allow box, select List. If its OK for people to leave the cell empty, check the Ignore blank box.
Step 1: Follow the steps in Part 1 to add a drop-down list in Word. Step 2: After adding the drop-down list, click on it and then click Properties. Step 3: In the Drop-Down List Properties dialog box, select the Allow multiple selections checkbox. Step 4: Click OK to close the Drop-Down List Properties dialog box.
Under Insert controls, click Drop-Down List Box. If you cleared the Automatically create data source check box in step 3, select a field in the Drop-Down List Box Binding dialog box to which you want to bind the list box.
Navigate to the area in your document where you want to add the new drop-down list. Go to the Developer tab. Click the Drop-Down List Content Control button to insert a new control.
In the Content Control Properties window, click the Add button, then type the first item in the Value box (the Display Name box will get filled automatically), and click OK. Repeat for all other items you wish to include in the list. Remove the default Choose an item, and then click OK to save your list.
