You can manually add the banner in 3 different ways: By clicking the Image Icon to toggle the Add an image panel then inserting an image into the signature box with a URL. By clicking the Image Icon to toggle the Add an image panel then uploading your banner as an image into the box.
Email headers specify specific sending and return options for an email. When sending via SMTP, you can use custom headers to do a great many things: customize messages, tag them, track them, or control specific behaviors.
Step 2: Create a Custom Email Header Go to Content Email Headers. Click Add Header. Add your custom content. Style your header as desired. Below the HTML version, click on Generate Text Header from HTML. Click Save.

Go to Insert Header or Footer. Choose from a list of standard headers or footers, go to the list of Header or Footer options, and select the header or footer that you want. Or, create your own header or footer by selecting Edit Header or Edit Footer. When youre done, select Close Header and Footer or press Esc.
Simple Open Outlook. Hit Settings. Type Signature in search box. Select Email Signature. Type out signature in text-box. Place cursor where banner will be. Click Images icon in toolbar. Click on saved banner.
For an email banner width, the ideal size is 600-700px on desktop, and 320-385px on mobile. For email banner height, you should keep the image under 1728px, but be aware that the section of your email that displays without scrolling above the fold is approx 300-500px.
Create an email signature Select New Email. Select Signature Signatures. Select New, type a name for the signature, and select OK. Under Edit signature, type your signature and format it the way you like. Select OK and close the email. Select New Email to see the signature you created.
