Document generation for E signature allows senders to create personalized agreements directly from e signature by inserting sender fields and conditional rules into template documents. The sender fields are replaced with sender-provided data for each envelope created, while rules are applied at the time of sending. To use this feature, select a document generation template, add recipient information, and insert dynamic data before generating the document. Review the document, then send it for signature. How to create a conditional field in ?

In the properties panel, expand the Conditional Fields section and click Create Rule. Select the fields you want to show to the recipient when they trigger the rule. You can select as many fields as you like, of any type, as long as they are assigned to the same recipient as the trigger field.

What is a conditionally required field in ?

Conditional Fields A checkbox is checked and the recipient is asked for additional information. In a dropdown, the option Other is selected and the recipient must provide further details. Specific text is entered in a text field and the recipient must answer an additional question.
