Hey everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create a fillable PDF form entirely for free. If youve ever wanted to create a PDF form before, you probably found that you have to get docHub and it works pretty well, but it does also carry a hefty price tag of $15 per month. Today Im going to show you some free software that will allow you to create fillable forms. All right, well, lets jump on the computer and lets get started. To create a PDF form, were going to use an application called LibreOffice. You can get this at the website libraryoffice.org. Ive also included a link in the description of this video. You can just click on that and thatll bring you to this website. LibreOffice is kind of like Microsoft Office. It has a similar set of applications. The main difference is LibreOffice is entirely free, and its also open source. Once you land on the home page, youll see a pretty prominent download now button. Lets click

Create form fields Open the document in Acrobat and select Edit Prepare a form Create form to convert your document to a PDF form. Choose a form field from the left pane. On the page, select where you want to add the field to create a field with the default size. Place the field at your desired location.
If you have a grid sheet with conditional formatting, all you have to do to generate a PDF with that formatting is to go to the File menu up top and select Export and then select Export to PDF.
As you share your reports with other users in docHub Workfront, consider customizing the view of the reports, to make certain information easier to read, or just stand out. You can customize the Details tab of your reports by adding special or conditional formatting to the view of your reports.
Its easy to create fillable PDF form in docHub. Open Acrobat. Select a file or scan a document. Add new form fields. To change existing text boxes or images, click Edit in the toolbar. Save your fillable PDF.
Click Settings to make changes in Layout Settings. Click Retain Flowing Text, which will keep the same formatting but change the layout. Now click Retain Page Layout to also retain the layout of the PDF file in Word. You can also choose whether you want to include the images and comments, then click OK.
To set a condition on a field in the drag-and-drop editing environment, right-click the field and select Edit, or double-click the field. The properties window opens for that field. Click Conditions to expand that section.
