Open a PDF file in PDFelement, go to the left menu bar of the window, and click the Bookmark button to move the PDF page to the page you want to bookmark. Then click the Add button to add bookmark to PDF. You will see a new bookmark is displayed on the left-side Bookmark pane.

Run to display the main window, then click the Open PDF button at the bottom left to upload the target PDF file. Use the EDIT option and click on the HEADER AND FOOTER button. Choose ADD and a window will pop up. Enter the margins you want in the MARGIN section on the top right of the window.
Create a PDF bookmark without a selection. Open your PDF to the page you wish to bookmark in Acrobat. Click View Tools Content Editing. In the Tools Pane, click Add Bookmark, or click the Options menu in the Bookmarks Navigation Panel. Type the bookmarks name in the box labeled Untitled. Press Enter to save.
