Heres how to black out text in a PDF: Open your PDF in docHub. Select Tools, then Redact. Select text. Either double-click to select the text or drag to select lines of text. Apply redaction. Once youve selected the text you want to remove, click Save to apply the changes and save the document.
How to create a file or new item and save Select the Home menu (Windows 10). Select New item and Text Document (New in Windows 11). Double-click the new file (automatically launches Notepad), and type text in the file. Select File and Save.
A blank PDF can be created in docHub. To create a blank PDF, with no document currently open, do one of the following: Go to File Tab Create New Document or use the shortcut key Ctrl + N (⌘ + N on Mac) to create a blank document using the default settings set within the General Preferences.
How to create a PDF Click on Start to begin with the PDF creation. Choose a page size from the dropdown menu or specify a custom size. ( optional) Create the PDF with the tools of the PDF editor. You can write, add shapes and lines, insert images, and more. Click on Save as, then confirm by clicking on Save.
3. Whiting Out Text in PDF With docHub Open the PDF file with docHub. Select the Tools tab and click on Edit Mark for Redaction. Choose the Text and Images option. Click and drag to choose the area you wish to make blank and whiteout on PDF. Set the settings and hit Apply.
