If youve ever wanted to create a PDF form before, you probably found that you have to get docHub and it works pretty well, but it does also carry a hefty price tag of $15 per month. Today Im going to show you some free software that will allow you to create fillable forms. All right, well, lets jump on the computer and lets get started. To create a PDF form, were going to use an application called LibreOffice. You can get this at the website libraryoffice.org. Ive also included a link in the description of this video. You can just click on that and thatll bring you to this website. LibreOffice is kind of like Microsoft Office. It has a similar set of applications. Follow the steps below to add page numbers to your PDF in docHub Pro. Open your PDF and click on the Edit PDF icon. In the secondary toolbar at the top, click Header Footer then click on Add. In the dialog box that appears, select your desired settings for the position, style, and appearance of the page numbers.
Open the Acrobat app and press the plus sign at the bottom of the screen. Choose the edit a PDF option and then navigate to the form you want. Touch the pencil icon at the bottom of the screen, then select Edit PDF. Fill in the form and touch Done at the top of the screen.
From the Organize pages toolbar, select Insert From File. Alternatively, you can right-click a page and select Insert Pages to get the insert options. Select the PDF you want to insert and choose Select. In the Insert Pages dialog box, specify where to insert the document.
Click the Calculate tab. To add the values entered into fields, click the Value Is The radio button. Pick Sum from the popup menu. Click Pick to open a list of the fields in your form, select the fields you want to add, and click OK to list the fields in the dialog box.
Calculated fields can be defined using Acrobat Sign text tags, using the Acrobat Sign web application, or using PDF form fields.
Click on the Add Fillable Fields tab on the right. Select Formula. Open the Formula Builder to calculate a value. Click Save.
Create a fillable PDF from an existing PDF document. Click the Tools tab and select Prepare Form. Select a file, like a Word document, Excel sheet, or scan of a paper document. Add new form fields and field names, if needed. Use the top toolbar and adjust the layout with the tools in the right pane.
