So all I need to do is right click open with docHub. And its going to open up inside here. And by default, youll notice that this particular text is a different font from what has been used here. When creating branded PDFs, its important that youre able to use the correct fonts. If you embed a specific font into a Word document or presentation and the recipient doesnt have the same font , an alternative font will be pulled in to replace it.
Open the PDF file with Acrobat Reader. Press Ctrl-D or select Properties from the File menu. In the Document Properties window that opens, click the Fonts tab to reveal the fonts embedded in the PDF.
Solution: Embed fonts to avoid font substitution Launch Acrobat. Choose Advanced Print Production Acrobat Distiller. In the Default Settings menu, choose Standard. Choose Settings Edit docHub PDF Settings. Select Fonts, and then select the fonts you want to add. Click Save As, and then click OK.
The size of a PDF file should not exceed 500MB. Larger files should be split into smaller components. You should use font sizes ranging from 9 to 12 points.
If you save a report in the PDF format, and the fonts look weird in the saved file - this may be caused by rare peculiarity local to your system. Basically, its triggered by the absence (or manual removal) of the most widely-used Arial Font Family (causing the weird fonts to substitute it upon generating PDFs).
