I have here a list of names. Some are lower. Some are upper. Some are a hot mess. What Im gonna do here is to convert them all, first to upper case. The formula is really simple. You just have to type in upper. Put in the cell reference where your text is sitting on. Close bracket. Press enter and you get everything in upper case letters. Open your new workbook and go to the File menu in the ribbon. Click on Options (its in the bottom, left-hand corner). Select the General option tab on the left. In the Creating New Workbooks section, select the font type and size for your default.
