In this video, we will show you a small change that we have made to upload the excel fund loader and the excel transaction loader to Class. Class has been using Internet Explorer to authenticate your access before uploading data from the excel loaders to your fund or business in Class. With Internet Explorer being decommissioned in June 2022, Class has released a small change which involves generating a unique upload code and pasting that before you upload the entity. The process is the same for both the excel fund loader and the excel transaction loader and we will show you both processes. For the excel fund loader ensure that you have downloaded the latest version, you can find the version of the loader in the top right hand corner. You should see the year followed by the month followed by the day so you should be using version 2022.04 or later. Excel On the Excel menu, click Preferences. Under Authoring, click General . In the User name box, make the changes that you want. Note: When you update the information in one Office application, the information is automatically updated for all Office applications.
If so, you can go to Review tab Share Workbooks . But please note, in Excel of Microsoft 365 apps, the Share Workbook button has been hidden, users need to unhide it. Then on the Editing tab, in the Who has this workbook open now list, review the names of users.
Change the default author name Click on the File tab in Excel. Choose Options from the File menu. Select General on the left pane of the Excel Options dialog window. Move down to the Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office section. Type in the proper name in the field next to User name. Click OK.

Go to the Data Tab. In the Connections group, click on Edit Links. It opens the Edit Links dialog box will list all the workbooks that are being referenced.
Remove a workbook password Open the workbook that you want to remove the password from. On the Review tab, under Protection, click Passwords. Select all contents in the Password to open box or the Password to modify box, and then press DELETE. Click Save .
