I want to show you our app I created for saving data from a world documents into CSV so for example I have this word document with multiple tables in it I have two tables right now one for our US states and another for Canada States and I want to convert this document into our CSV in order to do this how this is my website I will description I download our tool double click on the Lord and wait until downloading to started Ive downloaded click on another card double click on them aside click on more info run anyway click on next next yes finish and basically application will be installed on my computer you can see there is a new shortcut I double click on shortcut now I to convert word to CSV I select my word file and click on next here I specify a first row of input file input tables has column names so first row will be used as column names into this next run now I have to specify where because poor document contains multiple files and all this multiple files will be saved

A CSV is a text file, so it can be created and edited using any text editor. More frequently, however, a CSV file is created by exporting (File Export) a spreadsheet or database in the program that created it.
The solution is using the Formats option of Excel Paste Special. Select the cell with the desired format and press Ctrl+C to copy its content and formats. Select the entire column or row that you want to format by clicking on its heading. Right-click the selection, and then click Paste Special.
Open Microsoft Excel (make sure it is the Excel file you want to duplicate in CSV format). Underneath file name at the bottom of the save screen you will see option Save as type. In this field select CSV (Comma delimited). Two dialogue boxes pop ups will appear alerting you that formatting is different.
A CSV (comma-separated values) file is a text file in which information is separated by commas.
CSV is plain text, separated by commas. I repeat: plain text. This should give you a clue to what comes next Data saved in CSV will not retain data formatting.
To avoid formatting change on CSV, you first need to set data format manually. Activate the Insert tab in the Ribbon. Click From Text/CSV in the Get Transform Data section. Select your file. Move to the Step 3 by Next. In the 3rd step, select the columns where youd like to keep the formatting.
To use this shortcut, simply select the cell where you want to paste the text. Then, press Ctrl + Shift + V on your keyboard. This will paste the text without any formatting. If you want to paste the text and keep the formatting, you can use the Ctrl + V shortcut instead.
Copy a worksheet in the same workbook Right click on the worksheet tab and select Move or Copy. Select the Create a copy checkbox. Under Before sheet, select where you want to place the copy. Select OK.
