Double-click the text you want to copy, or highlight it. With the text highlighted, press Ctrl + C to copy. Move your cursor to the appropriate location and press Ctrl + V to paste.
Scan text into Word In Word click File Open. Navigate to where your PDF file is stored, and open it. Word will open a dialog box confirming that it is going to attempt to import the text of the PDF file. Click OK to confirm, and Word will import the text.
Select the first item that you want to copy, and press CTRL+C. Continue copying items from the same or other files until you have collected all of the items that you want. The Office Clipboard can hold up to 24 items. If you copy a twenty-fifth item, the first item on the Office Clipboard is deleted.

Word 2013 - 2021 Select the text you want to copy and press Ctrl+C. Place your cursor where you want to paste the copied text and press Ctrl+V.
Double-tap on the text and drag to highlight. Select the Copy to computer option that shows up.
Tip: There are three ways to copy an element/the content of an element: Press CTRL + C. Select Copy from the Edit menu in your browser. Right click to display the context menu and select the Copy command.
