Outside the text, click and drag to draw a selection marquee over the text you wish to select. Right-click anywhere on the page and choose Select All to select all the text in the document.
To select all text in Acrobat Reader, go to Edit Select All, then copy the text by selecting Edit Copy. To paste the copied text in your Word document, right-click the document and select Paste.
