so how to create equal sized graphs in PowerPoint and so its difficult to do by I guessing so Ill show how to do it automatically for both the graphs so here are two unequal size graphs I copied from excel so let us first select the first graph and then press and hold the shift key both in Mac as well as in Windows and select the second graph and for both Mac and Windows after selecting both the graphs we click on format and in format we go to size in the size we see that its height and width and in the height we put a desired number so let us say we put 8 here and then in the width section let us say I put 8 a 10 centimeter so as you can see both has size has changed and they are of equal size but they are not at the same level so to align them properly so I click on the line and then hit align bottom so now both are equal size graphs and properly aligned
