Move or Copy a Worksheet Select the worksheet you want to move or copy. Click the Format button on the Home tab. Select Move or Copy Sheet. Right-click a sheet tab and select Move or Copy Sheet.
To copy and paste text: Select the text you want to copy. Press Ctrl+C (Windows) or Command+C (Mac) on your keyboard to copy the text. Place your insertion point where you want the text to appear. Press Ctrl+V (Windows) or Command+V (Mac) on your keyboard to paste the text.
1. Select the data you want to copy, right-click it, and click on Copy (or use CTRL + C shortcut). 2. Now, (1) select the destination where you want to paste the data, right-click it, (2) in the drop-down menu click on the Paste special, and (3) choose Paste formula only.

To do this: Select File > Save As > Download a Copy. If Excel asks whether to open or save the workbook, select Save. Note: If you select Open instead of Save, the workbook will open in Protected View.
